If a purchase isn't for you, tell us within 14 days via the contact page and we will refund you in full — no forms, no interrogation. This applies to Season Passes, Wisdom of the Game ebooks and The Starting Blocks membership alike.
Because a purchase grants immediate access to digital content, refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, but talk to us — if something is genuinely wrong we will make it right.
The Starting Blocks is a recurring membership. You may cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing is charged after you cancel. Season Passes and ebooks are once-off purchases and do not renew automatically.
A refund always goes back to the payment method you used, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. Card payments are processed by PayFast for FlourishTalk, the name on your statement, and approved refunds are returned through PayFast to the card that paid.
