What a team pass for one sport costs — the first member is the full R99 for the year, and every member after that is discounted the further down the roster they sit: members 2–5 R49.50 · 6–15 R39.60 · 16–30 R29.70 · 31–50 R24.75 · 51+ R19.80 each, per year. Example: 10 members = R495 for the year.

What a team pass for a themed pack costs — the first member is the full R199 for the year, and every member after that is discounted the further down the roster they sit: members 2–5 R99.50 · 6–15 R79.60 · 16–30 R59.70 · 31–50 R49.75 · 51+ R39.80 each, per year. What a team pass for All-Access (every sport) costs — the first member is the full R999 for the year, and every member after that is discounted the further down the roster they sit: members 2–5 R499.50 · 6–15 R399.60 · 16–30 R299.70 · 31–50 R249.75 · 51+ R199.80 each, per year. Example: 10 members = R4,995 for the year.

How do we reach your members?

📧 I have their email addresses Paste your member list below. We email each person their own link — they set a password and the pass is on their account. Anyone who already has a SportSmart account is activated instantly, with nothing to claim. Best when you know everyone’s email. 🎫 Send me seat codes You tell us how many seats to buy and we email you that many codes — short keys like SSTP-4KQ2-7B19. Hand one to each person (print them, WhatsApp them, read them out). They enter their code on the Redeem page and the pass is theirs. Each code works once, for one person, and grants a full year. Best when you don’t have everyone’s email yet, or people join later.
