1. Try before you buy

The first tool of every sport is free, forever — so you can experience exactly how the platform teaches before paying anything.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If a purchase isn't for you, tell us within 14 days via the contact page and we will refund you in full — no forms, no interrogation. This applies to Season Passes, Wisdom of the Game ebooks and The Starting Blocks membership alike.

3. After 14 days

Because a purchase grants immediate access to digital content, refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, but talk to us — if something is genuinely wrong we will make it right.

4. Cancelling a recurring membership

The Starting Blocks is a recurring membership. You may cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing is charged after you cancel. Season Passes and ebooks are once-off purchases and do not renew automatically.

5. How refunds are paid

A refund always goes back to the payment method you used, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. Which company processes it depends on where you bought:

• On sportsmart4life.co.za (South Africa, in rands) — your payment is processed by PayFast, and your refund is returned through PayFast.
• On sportsmart4life.com (international, in US dollars) — your order is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, and your refund is issued by Paddle. You may request it either from us through the contact page or directly from Paddle, whose details appear on your receipt.

Either way you deal with a real person on our side: write to us and we will see it through.
