Who plays it, and from what age

Swimmers usually cross over around ten to twelve. It is a major school sport in South Africa, particularly in the Western Cape and Gauteng.

Who sets the standard

Hungary, Serbia, Croatia and Italy in the men's game; the United States, Spain and Australia in the women's.
